Meal Plan:

- All Inclusive: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Unlimited Drinks

Check-in: 14:00 / Check-out: 11:00 

All-Inclusive Package:

- All-Inclusive package starts as from 14:00 and ends at 14:00 daily on departure date

- Daily: All-Inclusive starts from 10:30 and ends at 22:30

- Lunch can be taken on arrival or departure date (If lunch is taken on departure date, drinks will be provided only during lunch)

- Selection of sweets & salty bites including tea/coffee - not applicable on departure day (16:00 - 17:00)

- Drinks: A selection of local beverages including water, beer, tea/coffee, soft drinks, cocktails and local spirits served at the main Bar - Dolphin Bar (10:30 - 22:30)

- Buffet will be depending on hotel occupancy

Maximum Room Occupancy:

- Superior Room, Superior Ocean View, Anelia Ocean View: 1 Adult  //  2 Adults

- Deluxe Room, Deluxe Ocean View: 1 Adult  //  2 Adults  //  2 Adults + 1 Infant or 1 Child or 1 Teen  //  3 Adults

Conditions:

- Minibar is not included in the room

- Kids Club not operational until further notice

- Wearing of mask is compulsory in all common areas

- Spa services accessible only upon reservation

- Deluxe rooms are located on ground floors and Superior rooms are on the first and second floors

- Food Restrictions: All Guests having any food allergens and dietary restrictions should communicate to the hotel one week prior to arrival

- Only food and drinks purchased in the restaurant can be consumed. No food or drinks from outside are permitted inside the restaurant

- A la Carte lunch is served from 12:00 till 14:00 at Burger Bar Restaurant at a supplement & is not included in the All-Inclusive package

- Rates may vary by date and are subject to availability

- All extras, not included in the offer, shall be charged at check-out

- Any special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability

- Age Requirement: Note that upon reservation, if customers fail to declare their child or book for the wrong age group, a supplement will be charged on arrival 

- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed

- No Cancellation Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, there are no cancellations

- Postponement Policy: Any postponement request is not guaranteed and should be communicated at least 48-hour prior to the arrival date

- Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services

- Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown by all guests upon check-in at the hotel. Failure to show Mauritian ID will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rate

- All Prices on tamtam.mu are VAT inclusive

Covid-19 Protocols:

As from 01st October 2021, Covid-19 protocols applicable for Mauritian Citizens or Holder of local Residents' Permit (subject to changes as per the Tourism Authority):

- Vaccination card and ID card are compulsory, and must be presented at reception counter upon arrival

- Wearing of mask is compulsory in all common areas

- In House Activities: Number will be limited and upon pre-booking only

- Fitness centre: Access to the Fitness Center is upon reservation at the reception. For hygiene and safety purposes, guests are invited to wipe and sanitized the sports equipment before and after usage

- All non-vaccinated guests against Covid-19 will not be allowed access to hotels

- Special cases shall be considered whereby any guest cannot be vaccinated. In this case guest will have a produce a negative PCR test result done not more than 72 hours prior to check in date

- Children under 18 years old are currently exempted from vaccination at this time. They will be allowed to stay in the same hotel if accompanied by their parents or a relative (adult) who is fully vaccinated

- All locals should be fully vaccinated at least 30 days prior the event with 2 doses of a Covid-19 vaccine recognized by the Mauritian Authorities

- Valid Vaccines: AstraZeneca Covishield, AstraZeneca Vaxzeria, Covaxin, Johnson&Johnson (1 dose), Moderna, Pfizer, Sinopharm, Sinovac-CoronaVac, Sputnik V

- For those who have received the Johnson and Johnson (single dose), the vaccine must has been injected for at least 28 days prior to the arrival date

-  Other vaccines which require 2 doses: 2nd injection to be completed 15 days prior to the arrival date

- If guests do not have the 2 doses or if the PCR test done is positive, the concerned service provider will not take the current booking

- Covid-19 Lockdown Protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled/rescheduled or refunded as a store credit in your tamtam.mu account
